As regular Wednesday league players, weโve noticed a significant decline in the level of service since the staff swap. League nights are busy, and good service makes a huge difference. Since the switch, many of us have experienced long waits for sometimes poorly made drinks, even when the place is not busy. It often feels like only certain league members are being checked on regularly while others are left waiting or have to flag Chyanne down while sheโs scattering to cover untouched sections. Weโve also noticed an unfriendly attitude at times and many crude comments, which make for uncomfortable moments & an atmosphere less enjoyable than it used to be. When Chyanne and Destiny worked Wednesdays together, service was consistently fast, friendly, and organized. They made sure everyone was taken care of, regardless of who you were. Drinks came out quickly, they stayed on top of the league crowd, and they created a welcoming environment that kept people coming back week after week. They play a huge part of why many players return. We understand staffing is difficult during these times but weโd really love to see the Chyanne and Destiny Dream Team back on Wednesday league nights. T

Drinks are definitely on the higher side price wise, 8 bucks gets you a shot of jack. Pool tables and ques are well kept and play well, atmosphere is pretty good. Music selection could use some work but it's a nice place overall

I had a really frustrating experience at this billiards hall, mainly the service from our waitress, Gigi. Throughout the night, it felt like we were being ignoredโmultiple times we tried to get her attention and were overlooked. What made it worse was that our order took over an hour and and one of our drinks never arrived. There was no update, no apology, and no sense that it was being handled at all. At one point, as she walked away, I heard what sounded like her muttering something under her breath that came across as unprofessional and possibly directed at us. I understand that places can get busy, but this went beyond that. The lack of communication and attentiveness made the whole experience disappointing. I hope management takes a closer look at service standards, because this kind of experience makes it hard to want to come back.

Iโve been going here for a few years and itโs always been a pleasant experience for me. Affordable pricing for an hour of play and good food. Ive taken a lot of friends here.

Nice place. Kinda upscale compared to most billiard halls. Great food and service tonight from Chyanne and Sarah! I wish they had some swag for my bag, but sadly, they don't. It could use new carpet, but overall, it's a great place!
